Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We offer the following shipping options:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days. Your order will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days. Your order will include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. For Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Delays

Whilst we always aim to dispatch and deliver within the timeframes above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as Royal Mail delays or adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
